And that's pretty much it, if you have an excess of Arcane Dust and Veiled Crystals (which you will because of the few white items that drop in high level gameplay) you can get as many Reusable Parts as you need! Not exactly a secret/high-level tip but definitely a useful heads up that you can substitute gold for the mat conversion requirement in the Kanai's Cube recipe, so thanks to Wudijo for the reminder! Well, you don't actually have to do that, as you can buy as many white quality items from the vendors as you want and, since you can't actually dismantle vendor items, you can convert your blue and yellow mats into reusable parts using the two Kanai's Cube recipes (which require a white item).
So while playing your usual rifts and GRs you won't really be coming across many white items that can be dismantled into Reusable Parts, so every once in a while you'll have to go out and farm weapon and armor racks to get some for the upgrade rare item Kanai's Cube recipe.
This is a bit of a weird one, but still a useful tip, as Wudijo reminds us of this simple/obvious technique some players (including myself) might have missed.
